1. Who we are

The personal data operator is "YOLUTAP" LLC (VÖEN: 1309994231), registered address: AZ1065, Baku, Yasamal district, N. Narimanov ave. 127, apt. 36 (hereinafter "Yolutap", "we").

2. What data we collect

You provide directly:

email address (to send the report);
age or age group;
test answers.

We do not collect the child's name.

Collected automatically:

technical data (IP address, device type, browser) — including via a bot-protection service;
website usage data.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of data (health, religion, etc.). Test answers reflect interests and preferences, not diagnoses.

3. Age and consent

Yolutap is intended for individuals aged 10 to 22.

If the User is under 18, their data is processed only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who initiates the test and accepts this Policy on the child's behalf. The parent/guardian may at any time request access to or deletion of the child's data via the contacts in section 1.
If the User is 18 or older, they accept this Policy themselves and exercise their data rights (access, deletion, restriction of processing, etc.) via the contacts in section 1.

4. Why we use data (purposes)

to generate and deliver the personalized report;
to send the report to the provided email;
if the coaching service is ordered — to provide the individual consultation;
to operate and secure the service;
to improve the service (in anonymized/aggregated form).

5. Processing with AI

Test answers are processed using artificial intelligence to generate the report. The report is advisory and informational and is not an automated decision producing legal consequences.

6. Legal basis for processing

Yolutap operates in the Republic of Azerbaijan, so the processing of personal data is governed primarily by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data" No. 998-IIIQ (in force since 2010) and related acts. The law is built on the same principles as European practice (Council of Europe Convention No. 108): lawfulness and transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, security and accountability.

We process data on the following grounds:

your consent (including parental consent for users under 18);
performance of a contract with you (providing the paid report and, if ordered, the coaching consultation);
compliance with our legal obligations and operating/securing the service.

7. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. To run the service we rely on a limited number of trusted providers that process data on our behalf and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service: secure cloud hosting and database storage, email delivery (sending your report), website protection and filtering of automated (bot) requests, and payment processing (once payments are enabled). These providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations and may not use your data for their own purposes.

8. Where data is stored and international transfers

The primary data storage is located in the EU (Frankfurt). Some processors (e.g., for email delivery, website protection or payments) may be located outside the EU. If you are located outside the EU, your data may be transferred to and processed in the EU.

Cross-border transfers. Under Azerbaijani law, the transfer of personal data outside the country is permitted where there is a lawful basis, in particular:

the receiving country ensures an adequate level of protection of data subjects' rights (including states party to Council of Europe Convention No. 108 and EU countries);
the data subject has consented to the transfer;
the transfer is necessary to perform a contract with you (to provide the service).

Where a provider is located in a country not on the adequate-protection list, the transfer is carried out on other lawful grounds (your consent and/or necessity to provide the service) with contractual safeguards. We do not carry out transfers that could harm national security or public order.

9. Retention

Test answers and the generated report are kept for 12 months from creation, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Your contact email is kept while needed for communication and fulfilling obligations, and is deleted on request.

10. Your rights

You (and for users under 18, the parent/guardian) have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, receive a copy of your data, and lodge a complaint with the competent authority. To exercise these rights, email support@yolutap.com.

The regulator for personal data protection is the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan; data-protection functions are carried out by the authorized body within its structure.

11. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses strictly necessary (functional) cookies and similar technologies, including for bot protection and security. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will request your consent via a banner.

12. Security and access to data

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data (encryption in transit and at rest, access control).

Access to data is strictly limited to Yolutap employees and contractors who need it for a specific work task. If you order the coaching consultation service, an authorized coach gains access to your report and test answers — only to the extent necessary to provide the consultation you ordered, and with your consent. Other users of the service have no access to your data.

No security can be absolutely guaranteed on the internet.

13. Changes to the policy

We may update this Policy; the current version is always on the site, with the update date at the top.
