What does a Data Analyst do?

  • Collects and structures sales, user and market data
  • Spots trends and anomalies — answers “why did sales drop?” with numbers
  • Builds dashboards and reports (SQL, Excel, Power BI, Python)
  • Presents the findings to the team and shapes decisions

How to become a Data Analyst?

  1. 1Bachelor’s: maths, economics, computer science or statistics

What is the work environment like?

Mostly office or remote: a computer, data tools and online collaboration with the team. The pace follows project and reporting cycles.
